    The name of the Association shall be:

      Varsity Touch Association

  2. Mission Statement

    The mission statement of the Association shall be:

      To service and develop the sport of Touch for the enjoyment of all participants.

  3. Shield

    The shield of the Association shall be:

      Varsity Shield

  4. Colours

    5. The colours of the Association shall be blue and green.

  5. Headquarters

    6. The headquarters of the Association shall be determined by the Board of Directors from time to time.
